Bainbridge Island PTOCC The Bainbridge Island Parent Teacher Coordinating Council (PTOCC) was established in 1981 and serves as a central source of information, oversight, and support for Bainbridge Island School District Parent Teacher Organizations (PTOs) and Parent Teacher Student Organizations (PTSOs), providing a forum for insights and best practices to increase engagement, improve program quality, and leverage shared resources.
