The result is here—the inaugural production run of Coho Crunch for you to enjoy! If “magically delicious” hadn’t already been taken, it would perfectly describe this yummy, crunchy combination of Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, Pepitas, unsweetened flaked coconut, dried cherries (as a nod to our Sonoji Sakai heritage and traditional Hanami cherry blossom celebration)—mixed with a blend of honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and some love from Sakai students.
